Our Work

At Entrepreneurs@Berkeley, all our consultants are former/current startup founders, each having experience of what it's like to grow a business from the ground up. As a result, our consultants each have a variety of skills and expertise, and the mindset to innovate.  E@B focuses on a research-heavy and data-driven approach and consistently drives its project managers and analysts to exceed expectations. We are also composed of members with a variety of majors and nationalities, providing unique perspectives tailored to each project.

Tesla (Spring 2024)

Our project revolved around property evaluation for production expansion to support the development of a rapidly growing initiative. By analyzing key attributes such as infrastructure sustainability, operational efficiency, and scalability potential, we identified strategic locations to optimize production capabilities, supporting Tesla's vision in revolutionizing industries through innovative robotics and sustainable solutions. 

LinkedIn (Fall 2024)

E@B helped LinkedIn develop marketing strategies and novel product features to capture the Gen-Z market in Japan. They conducted in-depth market research and data analysis and surveyed 200+ college students across Japan. They used their findings to write an 80+ page report and design features using Figma, which will be implemented by LinkedIn Japan's team. We also had the chance to present our ideas to the Global VP of Product for LinkedIn.

Pfizer (Fall 2024)

E@B partnered with Pfizer's AMR team to develop a vendor evaluation tool designed to assess and prioritize over 30 global data vendors for anti-infective evidence generation. The tool integrates key metrics such as microbiology data quality, clinical relevance, and geographic coverage, enabling Pfizer to streamline vendor selection. Delivered actionable insights, a scalable framework, and a personalized web scraping tool to support clinical trials and combat antimicrobial resistance worldwide. 

Joopiter by Pharell Williams (Spring 2024)

Joopiter is an auction house that was founded by Pharrell Williams, on the principle of opening up the auction experience to all types of collectors by removing traditional barriers of entry. E@B worked with Pharrell Williams and the Joopiter team to explore GTM strategies for a marketplace platform, product analysis on Joopiter's current auction platform, as well as market expansion analysis on the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
